The Sissies of Southtown Rehearse their Production of “The Butcher of Las Sirenas” in a Time of Plague

Each lightbox is 5’ x 2.5’ with a depth of 7 inches. Each houses a panoramic print and lit inside with non-heat warm-toned fluorescent bulbs. They all have elements that extend outwards from the boxes.

You can see larger renderings of the photographs here. As this series is based on the idea of a rehearsal process for a queer-punk play that never was, I would be interested in experimenting with some of these pieces hanging away from the wall, and having other kinds of ephemera (fake news clippings, photographs of the cast and crew) visible on the back-side.
